After 3 years of setting up the project and carrying out the necessary work to transform the former Ainay school into a 4-star Boutique-Hotel, the Hôtel de l'Abbaye and its bistronomic restaurant l'Artichaut are finally coming to life! A new and warm place to live, welcoming both tourists passing through Lyon and local residents.
